If you really want to go all out and follow the Marines and Army; here is what they are equipped with:
MARINES- Digital MARPAT BDU's( Desert, Woodland, Snow), M16A4 Assualt Rifle or M4 Carbine, M9 pistol, M249 SAW or M204G machine guns, snipers carry a M40 sniper rifle, PAGST helmet, and the new Modular Tactical Vest.
ARMY- Digital ACU's(Woodland, Desert, Urban), M16 Assault rifle or M4 Carbine, M249 SAW, M1014 or Mossberg 590 Shotgun, M67 Fragment grenade, M18 smoke grenade, Outer modular Tactical vest, and Mich TC-2000 Helmet. Snipers carry M14EBR Long range rifle or M107 sniper rifle. A 9mm M9 is the standard sidearm issued.
